Dr. Gisslevik has a PhD in Food and Nutrition with a special interest in fatty acids. She has been a researcher within the epidemiological cohort studies looking at food habits in relation to health and disease. She also has a background in teaching at the University of Gothenburg with a primary focus on human physiology, nutrition, and dietary habits.
